Srinagar, Apr 23 (KNO): Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people who had come to Kashmir to take back memories for life returned home in the coffins on Wednesday. As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the environment at Baisaran was filled with joy and happiness on Tuesday as many families, friends and colleagues were relishing their memorable moments in the Valley while some of the newly-wed couples were enjoying their honeymoon at the picturesque place as well. However, they never knew they would have to go through such a tough time that would even shatter their dreams. The bullets that pierced the body of the newly-wed groom separated him from his newly-wed bride forever. The disturbing pictures being shared by the netizens on the social media platforms clearly indicate their pain and agony, which they are going through. But, at the same time, these pictures itself reveal the devastating situation of the affected families. The picture of a newly-wed bride, sitting near the body of her deceased newly-wed groom has broken the hearts of the entire nation. They had come to enjoy their honeymoon in the Valley, but the bullets shattered their dreams and separated them forever. A day after the attack took place, the bodies were taken to the Police Control Room (PCR) here in Srinagar where Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and other top officials paid tributes to the deceased civilians. Cutting short their memorable moments, 26 guests from different parts of the country including father-son duo from Bhavnagar Gujarat, returned home in coffins. The deceased tourists, who returned home in coffins today include: Sushil Nathyal, Hemant Suhas Joshi, Vinay Narwal, Atul Shrikant Moni, Neeraj Udhawani, Bitan Adhikari, Sudeep Neupane, Shubham Dwivedi, Prashant Kumar Satpathi, Manish Ranjan (Excise Inspector), Sanjay Lakshman Lali, N.Ramachandra, Dinesh Agarwal, Sameer Guhar, Dileep Dasali, J. Sachandra Moli, Madhusudan Somisetty, Santosh Jaghda, Manju Nath Rao, Kastuba Ganvotay, Bharat Bhushan, Sumit Parmar, Yatesh Parmar, Tagehalying (employee of Airforce) and Shaileshbhai H. Himmatbhai Kalathia—(KNO)
